By downloading and playing AWALE FLOW, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Game.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to play AWALE FLOW on your own devices, for non-commercial purposes.
2. What you agree not to do
- Modify, decompile or attempt to circumvent the protections of the Game.
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or disrupt leaderboards and challenges.
- Use the Game for any unlawful purpose.
3. In-app purchases
The Game may offer optional purchases (virtual currencies, ad removal, special offers). Virtual goods have no real monetary value and are neither refundable nor exchangeable, except where the law requires it. Payments are handled by Apple’s App Store and Google Play, under their own terms.
4. Intellectual property
AWALE FLOW, its name, its logo, the Lion Totem, its artwork, its music and its code are the property of LADD & OnitMotion. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
5. Availability and liability
The Game is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it running properly but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for progress lost because of a device.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest version.
